iOS 10.3 Betas Available

Registering for the Apple Beta Software Program? Here's what VMware AirWatch customers need to know before the release of updated operating systems.

Recently, Apple released public betas of iOS 10.3, macOS Sierra 10.12.4 and tvOS 10.2. Available through the Apple Beta Software Program, each public beta comes with a built-in Feedback Assistant to provide feedback to Apple.

VMware AirWatch is working to support the new features in iOS, macOS and tvOS, and ensuring our applications are compatible with the operating system (OS) updates. Our customers can read more about our support, compatibility and current known issues at myAirWatch.

Before the release of the updated operating systems, we encourage our customers to test compatibility with critical applications (including VMware apps) as updated beta versions are released. If you encounter issues, work with your app vendor to identify and fix the issue prior to the commercial release. Keep in mind that beta software is not commercially released software, and there may be errors or things that do not function as well as released versions.

Our customers can log a support ticket to let us know if they have any issues (more info here). Also, IT should make sure users are aware of any issues and communicate about the OS updates as needed.
